we'll confirm with you before scanning begins, and you can decline at that point with no further charge.
We'll arrive within your selected time window. Pickup typically takes 10-20 minutes.
1. The $25 deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your scanning project. This deposit guarantees your pickup spot and is non refundable.
2. We will arrive at the address you provide within the time block you select. Please have your photo collection organized and ready at the pickup time.
3. Pickup typically takes 10-20 minutes. At pickup we'll review your collection together, agree on a final cost estimate, and we will sign the service contract in person before transporting your originals.
4. Until you sign the in-person contract, you may reschedule your pickup time up to 2 times or cancel without further charge beyond the $25 deposit.
5. We treat your originals with care: climate-controlled storage, no third-party handling, and return delivery once scanning is complete.
